It’s one thing when a beauty brand delivers on its promise; it’s exceptional when it does so mindfully. Discovering Guerlain’s recent lineup of Aqua Allegoria Harvest seasonal scents and the latest Abeille Royale collection for the skin and hair, for us, is such a treat.
How is Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Harvest different from Aqua Allegoria? It features seasonal scents and ingredients you’ll only find in this edition.

The Mandarin Basilic Harvest, for instance, features Marzolo mandarin from Italy, which were harvested before they were completely ripe. This alone adds a bittersweetness to the fragrance. Compared to the regular Mandarin Basilic which we also have, we find this juicier, longer lasting, and more intense.
The Rossa Harvest, meanwhile, features delicately hand-picked Turkish roses in addition to Bulgarian rose with organic rose water from Grasse, enhanced by delicious lychee and blackcurrant accords.
There are three scents in the Harvest collection for now, including another favorite, Nerolia Vetiver. This version features Guerlain’s own delicious harvest of orange blossom honey from its own beehives in Calabria which gives it a softer side. We love this, too!
The Aqua Allegoria Harvest fragrances contain up to 95 percent natural origin ingredients and come in refillable bottles. The packaging is also 100 percent recyclable and made from cellulose fiber. They’re true olfactory masterpieces for fragrance collectors and enthusiasts.

Meanwhile, the Abeile Royale line, which literally translates to “royal bee,” is likewise an indulgence. Its face creams and hair oils are generously infused with honey and royal jelly, the key components of the collection. These are derived from honey bees, from Guerlain’s dedicated Ouessant Island honey provider, who is committed to the protection of bees.
Our top picks include the Cleansing Oil, which rids off makeup in the subtlest way, leaving skin clean, supple, and luxuriously soft.
The Day Cream and Honey Treatment Night Cream are a power-packed anti-aging combo. We love slathering on its honey-infused, fine texture in the morning and at night. We could get used to having this in our everyday rituals.
As its name suggests, the Advanced Youth Watery Oil is like a fountain of youth in a bottle. Think of it as the skin elixir that brings to your skin the best from the bees: skin-boosting honey for radiance and repair.
Lastly, there’s the Scalp & Hair Youth Oil-in Serum, a rich honey-blend that is non-greasy, making daily haircare a ritual worth looking forward to.
