In an interview with Grazia Daily UK, she shared that her top beauty essentials are water, mascara, and hair lotions. “There’s nothing like having fresh hair to make me feel better. Back in 2021, she shared that the secret to her shiny strands is that she would always apply a leave-on hair mask or treatment during her (roughly) one-hour workout sessions. This way, she can save more time and just rinse it off when she showers afterward. “That’s a nice hack I’ve been doing.
