Sunny days ahead! In this edition of The Editor’s Room featuring NU.U Asia Skin Wellness Center, we learned all about the latest skincare treatments and new machines designed to help us achieve our best skin—and best selves—for the summer and beyond.
We had the privilege to get nerdy and discuss the treatments from the board-certified derms themselves. NU.U Asia founder Dr. Giselle Lazaro-Maceda, together with Dr. Josh Arcaira, Dr. Marian Macapagal, and Dr. Mitch Carlos-Tanchiong were all present to talk about the machine and its technology. DermAsia CEO Nikki Tang was also in attendance.
Guests were toured around the NU.U Asia boutique to see the modern machines by DermAsia themselves. The first stop was all about skin rejuvenation with the Finesse Robotic Lift, a non-invasive, anti-aging treatment that uses HIFU technology to boost skin collagen production for brighter, glowing skin.
Next was all about achieving an even skin tone and complexion with the PiQo4 machine. It’s the key to lightening dark spots and acne marks and addressing similar skin concerns. It’s so strong that it can actually even remove tattoos, as the device can break deep and large ink and/or pigments and even the smaller and shallower particles, depending on the need.
Last but not least is the Monolith Mediostar, which is the secret to keeping hair-free for days. It’s the latest technology that promises effective and long-lasting hair removal. All these have definitely left us looking forward to spending our summer days, looking good and feeling great in our skin.
