Fragrances become accessories that we wear like a crown. It’s the finishing touch that can elevate one’s confidence, which is noticeable with every step. It becomes unattainable in its own way.
And just like any crown, the craft behind it speaks volumes about the intention of its persona. At The Editor’s Room featuring Kayali, this sentiment came to life with the official local unveiling of Fleur Majesty Rose Royale | 31—the latest regal addition to Mona Kattan’s fragrance house.
Inspired by royalty that commands with elegance, this warm floral scent places the iconic rose—often called the “Queen of Flowers”—at its heart. Its blend includes top notes of pear, peach, and mandarin—opening the fragrance with a sparkling surprise, while the base notes of pink vanilla, musk, and amber settle it into a more sensual scent. The result? A fragrance that embodies a powerful and elegantly opulent aura.
The name hints at its refinement: 31 iterations led to the final composition. To showcase what sets this scent apart, internationally trained perfumer and certified fragrance expert Bernadette Lim, a.k.a. The Fragrance Specialist, guided guests through a blind sniffing experience. Each key note— from the rare Centifolia rose to creamy vanilla and bright pear—was slowly revealed, offering an intimate look into the craftsmanship behind the fragrance.
After the olfactory journey, guest were guided to a dedicated nook for an intimate aura reading session with Ea Torrado—a soulful experience designed to help them fully connect with their inner royal.
In the end, it wasn’t just a deep dive into Fleur Majesty—it became a quiet celebration of how fragrances capture and express one’s identity. With expert insight and immersive storytelling, guests didn’t just discover a perfume—they experienced its soul.
